But my search was not satisfied with my studies, I travelled to India at the age of 21 to learn about meditation and spirituality in Osho&#8217;s Meditation Center. He gave me the name Samarona.<\/p>\n<p>Samarona means celebration. I learned to celebrate life and to accept its contradictions.<\/p>\n<p>Meetings with J. Krishnamurti, A. H. Almaas and Faisal Muqaddam followed. Since 1996 until today I am a student at the Ridhwan School of A. H. Almaas and from 1997 &#8211; 2002 I was a student of Faisal Muqaddam.<\/p>\n<h3>Trainings<\/h3>\n<p>I am a Heilpraktiker (psychotherapy), trained in different forms of humanistic psychotherapy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meditation<\/li>\n<li>Client-centered therapy<\/li>\n<li>Hypnotherapy<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic Body Therapy<\/li>\n<li>Primal therapy<\/li>\n<li>Rebalancing<\/li>\n<li>Tantra<\/li>\n<li>Systemic Couple Therapy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Years of spiritual practice and dealing with the challenges of life: love and separation, success and setbacks, illness and impermanence transformed me personally. My work is based on bringing together the practice of meditation and self-enquiry with Western psychotherapy.<\/p>\n<p>The basis for my approach is a spiritual perspective in which it becomes possible to recognize the ego-identifications as such, to let them go and to find home to true nature.<\/p>\n<p>Since 1989 active in own practice and in leading workshops and trainings in spiritual psychotherapy.<\/p>\n<p>Since 1994 as therapist and trainer at the Uta Institute in Cologne.<\/p>\n<p>From 1995-2015 trainer in the psychotherapy-training at different Heilpraktiker schools: Thalamus (Cologne, Munich, Frankfurt), Cardea (Cologne), Tajet Garden (Cologne).<\/p>\n<p>Since 2012 trainings at the Aumm Institute (Netherlands) Couples Therapy and Spirituality.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2018 connected to the interreligious education in meditation (Bern, CH.)<\/p>\n<p>Since 2018 connected to Mandali &#8211; Center for Transformation (Lago d&#8217;Orta, I).<\/p>\n<h3>Areas of focus<\/h3>\n<p>The focus of the work today:<br \/>\nTraining in spiritual psychotherapy,<br \/>\nPrimal therapy,<br \/>\nTraining in dynamic body therapy,<br \/>\nTraining in couple therapy,<br \/>\nGroup Dynamics Training,<br \/>\nTantra Year-Training,<br \/>\nTraining for Life,<br \/>\n&#8220;Coming home&#8221;, the spiritual path.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eI understand life as a continuous process of realization without an ultimate goal.
